Death of Live365

Freaquent listners of ThePaul.com radio (both of you) might notice that the Live365 station is down. Sad to say -- it isn't coming back. Thanks to the nice people at CRAP .. uh I mean CARP (Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel) there are now fees associated with being an "internet broacaster". Although Live365 has been charging for their service for the last year I was lucky enough to have created my account early on and never had to pay.

I thought I'd try something new as far as streaming MP3s goes. Now when you click on the Listen button you will be taken to a page which will let you browse a small portion of my MP3 collection. Whenever I get around to it, I'll rotate in different tracks.

I suppose that this still falls under the same laws that Live365 has to follow, but the charge of .07 cents, per song, per performance, per listener doesn't apply since I have no listeners (loophole).
